  • We are a working ranch, working professionals, and NOT event planners. This is a DIY place! This means you get to choose your vendors, (although we may have a few recommendations). A contract will be required for the customer and vendors with us- Escarcega Enterprise, LLC. 

  • Please read ALL the information before calling us for an appointment :) 

  • We offer a unique country package with ALPACAS! We will walk a few out to be available for an hour of your event. OR guests may visit them at their pen for an hour tour. 

  • The times set INCLUDE set up and clean up.  (i.e. 9am-10am set up, 10am-2pm event 2-3 clean up= 6 hrs. ).

  • The 2400 sq. foot RED barn has a concrete floor, two large overhead fans, string lights, and electrical power run by a generator. 

  • No running water

  • Seats up to 150 indoors. This includes 10 white round Lifetime tables, 9 rectangular tables, and 150 chairs (black or white).

  • Outside parking is on DG and dirt. You provide parking attendant.

  • The outside ceremony area faces the Sierra Nevada Mountains. It has decomposed granite (DG) and string lights. 

  • One single porta-potty is provided (with steps).  An additional one is required for every 50 people.

  •  Alcohol SALES at the bar must be distributed by a licensed bartender and follow CA liquor policies. 

  • *If alcohol is served a security guard is required for every 50 people. You provide the security.

  • We require you to obtain an event insurance policy that includes your vendors and Escarcega Enterprise. 

  • Vendors: Your choice. They must be covered by event insurance and also sign a contract with us for liability purposes. 

  • There is NO AC; however, the large doors can be opened on warm nights, allowing for a cool breeze and a beautiful sunset view. It is cold in the winter, however, we do have six portable heaters (additional cost for propane).  

  • Music/Sound system: We have speakers and mics available. 

  • Interior Antique furniture is in the barn: Refinished upright piano, rolltop desk, and stereo cabinet. These cannot be moved.  The sofa is excellent for those who need comfortable seating (especially the elderly). 

  • We offer stays (if you have overtown guests) through Airbnb and Hipcamp.
