RUSTIC BARN PACKAGE

  • Day of Event: 12 hrs. 10 am-10 pm (includes setup/cleanup)

  • Indoors Areas: Food/Drink Bar, DJ/Music, and Photoshoot. 

  • 1 generator runs the electrical outlet for music and overhead string lights.

  • 10 Lifetime 60' round tables (seats 8), 9 Lifetime 8 ft. rectangle tables

  • 150 folding chairs (white and black)

  • Outdoors: Single porta potty.

  • Outdoor: Ceremony area, Parking Area.

  • We are NOT event planners. This is our side business as we are still working professionals. 

  • We do not allow the sale of alcohol although you can have an open bar.  Alcohol must be distributed by a licensed bartender. 

  • *If alcohol is served a security guard is required for every 50 people 

  • Additional porta potty is required for every 50 people. (YOU PROVIDE)

  • Additional generator if more lighting is needed.  (YOU PROVIDE)

  • We require you obtain an insurance policy for your event that includes your vendors and Escarcega Enterprise. 

  • Vendors: Your choice.They must be covered by event insurance and also sign a contract with us for liability purposes. 

  • You provide a set up and clean up crew. 

  • You provide a parking attendant.  

  • A contract will be required and signed by both renter and Escarcega Enterprise, LLC​​.​​ 

  • There is NO AC; however, the large doors can be left open on warm nights, allowing for a cool breeze and a beautiful sunset view. It is cold in the winter. However, we do have four portable heaters (additional cost for propane). 

  • There is no running water in the barn. 

  • Music/Sound system: We have speakers and mics available.

  • Interior Antique furniture in the barn: Refinished upright piano, rolltop desk, and stereo cabinet. These cannot be moved.  The sofa is excellent for those who need comfortable seating (especially the elderly). 

  • The venue has plenty of parking for outdoor food trucks for your event. 

  • Although we are on a private road, we ask guests traveling to the venue to take Road 39 1/2 to Avenue 14 so we do not have heavy traffic on Avenue 14 from Frwy.41. We want to respect our distant neighbors on Avenue 14. 

  • We are a working ranch in the country and our home is next door.
